Prepara esta ensalada de tomate, aguacate y maíz a la parrilla. Al colocar las mazorcas de maíz a la parrilla adquiere un sabor ahumado completamente delicioso, además, con la compañía del tomate y aguacate será ideal para comerla como cena o acompañante de una pechuga de pollo a la plancha, por ejemplo.

Ingredientes para la vinagreta:

cucharadas de perejil picado fino, albahaca picada fina, tomillo picado, 1/3 taza de aceite de oliva, 2 cucharadas de jugo de limón, Sal y pimienta

Cómo preparar una ensalada de tomate, aguacate y maíz:

1. En un recipiente pon las mazorcas y úntales aceite por todos lados.

2. Una vez que la parrilla esté caliente, pon las mazorcas sobre la parrilla. Haz que se cocine unos 5-6 minutos por cada lado. El maíz debe quedar tostados por fuera y cocidos en el interior. Retíralos y déjalos enfriar solo un poco. Quita los granos de la mazorca y pon en una ensaladera.

3. Añade la cebolla, tomates y el céleri. Mezcla todo bien.

4. Prepara la vinagreta. En un frasco con tapa pon todos los ingredientes.Tapar el frasco y agítalo hasta emulsionar. Vierte el aliño a la ensalada y mezclar.

5. Finalmente agregar el aguacate y mezcla muy cuidadosamente.

También puedes acompañar tu ensalada de tomate, aguacate y maíz con deliciosos jugos o batidos sin azúcar.
